Your Library Card

Who can get a library card, how to apply, and how to use your library card.
  • Residents of Ocheyedan and the surrounding area are eligible to apply for a library card. Temporary cards may be granted to long-term visitors, as long as a permanent address is given.
  • Applications are available at the circulation desk. Those applying for a card must give a permanent home address, mailing address and phone number. Each family member over the age of four is asked to have their own card. Parents must sign the library card for children under the age of 14.
